Now, a little about me:
Back in the day, I was the mad scientist behind my beauty potions, 19 years ago, using my own face as a guinea pig. It was a bit wild, a bit experimental, but hey, you learn by doing, right? I can't say I changed that much. I am still experimenting on myself 😆 Ask me and I have a potion for any health or skin concern you might have 🤭
Flash forward to now, and I've got the professional stamp with a VTCT accreditation and a cool collection of eight certificates for various beauty and health treatments. From the hydrating wonders of a Hydrafacial to the artistry of microneedling, the magic of radio frequency, microdermabrasion and the zen vibes of cupping - I've got a bit of everything up my sleeve.
Health and fitness? Being vertically challenged, any extra pound shows, and a couple of years ago, I got hit with the PCOS and Endometriosis plot twist. Messed with my health, skin, hair, and the whole shebang.
But you know what they say - when life gives you lemons, make lemonade! So, I bounced back, learning the ropes of dealing with emotions, hormones, and all the quirks that come with being a woman.
That health hiccup led me to dive deep into nutrition, figuring out what the heck causes issues like acne, rosacea, or stubborn weight gain. Now, I'm not a doctor, just a girl who's done a boatload of research, got the certificates and tested things out.
Here's my mission in a nutshell: I want everyone, especially you amazing women out there, to feel fantastic inside, look killer outside, and walk around with a swagger of self-confidence 🌟✨
